Opening Files
There are several ways to open a file:- Click the file in the grid/list view
- Double-click to open directly
- Right-click → Open from the context menu
Downloading Files
- Right-click → Download from the context menu
- Or click the download button in the file viewer
Version History
For documents with multiple versions:- Open the file viewer
- Access version history from the viewer toolbar
- See previous versions with timestamps
- Restore an older version if needed
