Submitting a Request
- Go to Assay → Custom Requests tab
- Click New Request
- Describe what you need:
- Target organisms/genes
- Methodology preferences
- Platform requirements
- Turnaround time
- Submit
Request Matching
After submission, the AI automatically:- Searches the catalog for existing panels that match
- Identifies partial matches (panels that cover some targets)
- Flags targets requiring custom development
Tracking Requests
View all submitted requests with:- Request title and description
- Match status (matched, partial, custom needed)
- Submission date
- Assigned team member
