What is Brand Voice?

Brand Voice captures your organization’s unique communication style — tone, language, persona, and messaging patterns. When the AI generates external-facing content, it uses this voice profile to match your brand.

Setting Up Brand Voice

Go to Settings → Voice

Open the Voice tab in Settings.

Provide source material

Upload sample documents (PDFs, DOCX, TXT, MD files) that represent your brand’s voice, and/or provide URLs to your website or published content.

Generate profile

Click Generate and the AI creates a brand voice profile analyzing:
  • Persona and archetype
  • Tone and register
  • Language patterns
  • Key messaging themes
  • Communication style

Review and refine

Review the generated profile and make adjustments as needed.

Usage

Brand Voice is used when generating content through the Knowledge Engine and other content creation tools within Ospri Brain.
