Upcoming Tab
The Upcoming tab shows your calendar events for the next 28 days that have video meeting links.

Event Cards
Each event card displays:
| Element | Description |
|---|
| Date block | Day of week, date, and month on the left side |
| Title | Meeting name from your calendar |
| Time | Start and end time in your timezone |
| Duration | Calculated meeting length |
| Platform badge | Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc. |
| Recurring icon | Shows if this is a recurring event |
| Importance | High/Normal importance from the calendar invite |
| Organizer | Who scheduled the meeting |
| Location | Meeting location (if set) |
| Attendees | Avatar row showing participants with RSVP status (accepted ✓, declined ✗, tentative ?) |
| Join link | ”Join” button that opens the meeting in your browser |
Live Meeting Badges
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|
| LIVE NOW (red pulse) | Meeting is currently happening and a bot is in the call |
| Starting soon (amber) | Meeting starts within the next 15 minutes |
Bot Controls on Events
Each event card has controls for the Ospri bot:
Bot Toggle
A switch to enable/disable the bot for this specific meeting. When enabled, the bot will automatically join at the scheduled time.
Agenda Reminder Toggle
Enable to receive an agenda reminder notification before the meeting starts.
During a Live Meeting
When a bot is actively in a meeting, additional controls appear:
| Control | Action |
|---|
| Pause | Temporarily pause the bot’s recording. The bot stays in the meeting but stops recording. |
| Resume | Resume recording after a pause. |
| Kick | Remove the bot from the meeting entirely. |
Admin View
If you have admin permissions, you can toggle between:
- My Upcoming — Only your calendar events
- Everyone’s Upcoming — All team members’ upcoming events
Stats Row
At the top of the Upcoming tab:

| Bots | Number of bots scheduled |
| Attendees | Total unique attendees across events |
| Minutes | Total scheduled meeting minutes |
| Agendas | Number of meetings with agendas |
Auto-Refresh
The Upcoming tab automatically refreshes every 60 seconds to keep badge states (LIVE, Starting soon) current. You can also manually refresh by clicking the refresh button.
