Overview
The RDML Viewer imports standard RDML (Real-time PCR Data Markup Language) files and provides interactive visualization of qPCR data.Importing Data
Upload RDML File
- Navigate to the RDML Viewer
- Click Upload and select your
.rdmlfile - The file is parsed and data is displayed
Load from Synthetic Data
You can also load data generated by the Synthetic Data Generator:- Go to Synthetic Data → History
- Click Load in RDML Viewer on any run
