Layout Overview

Ospri Brain has three main navigation elements:
  1. Left Sidebar — Primary navigation, always visible on desktop
  2. Top App Bar — Quick tab switching between open apps
  3. Content Area — The main workspace where each feature lives

The sidebar is your primary navigation. It contains:

Click the ellipsis () to access additional tools:
  • Signals — External intelligence monitoring
  • ClaimIQ 2 — Medical billing analysis
  • Lighthouse — PRD and feature request management
  • Sharing — Manage shared items
  • Settings — All app settings

Bottom Section

  • Feedback — Submit bugs, feature requests, or questions
  • Notifications — Bell icon with unread count
  • What’s New — Latest changelog and updates
  • Theme Toggle — Switch between light, dark, and system theme
  • User Profile — Account settings, sign out

Brain Sidebar (Chat Mode)

When you’re on the Brain page, the sidebar transforms to show:
  • Projects — Your chat folders with goal and context settings
  • Recents — Unfiled chat sessions
  • Search — Filter chats by title (⌘K to focus)
  • New Chat — Start a fresh conversation

Top App Bar

The top bar shows your currently open apps as tabs, similar to a browser.
  • Click a tab to switch to that app
  • Close a tab by clicking the X
  • Tabs persist across page loads
  • The active tab is highlighted
You can have multiple apps open at once and quickly switch between them using the top bar.

Collapsing the Sidebar

  • Click the collapse arrow at the bottom of the sidebar to minimize it to icon-only mode
  • Click again to expand
  • On mobile, the sidebar is hidden by default — tap the hamburger menu to open it
