What is the Dashboard?
The Dashboard is your personalized home screen in Ospri Brain. It displays a grid of widgets that give you a quick overview of your upcoming meetings, to-dos, recent recordings, active deals, vault activity, and key stats — all in one place.
The Dashboard greets you with a time-appropriate message and lets you customize which widgets appear and how they’re arranged.

Time-Based Greetings
The Dashboard greets you differently based on the time of day:

| 12pm – 5pm | Good afternoon | ”Afternoon momentum. Keep the energy going.” |

| 9pm – 5am | Good night | ”Late night hustle. Don’t forget to rest.” |
Quick Meeting Actions
The Dashboard header includes two meeting buttons for quick access:

| Record In-Person | Open the in-person recording page to capture a face-to-face meeting using your device’s microphone. The audio is transcribed with speaker diarization — you label speakers afterward, then AI analysis runs. |
| Invite to Meeting | Paste any Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet link and send a recording bot instantly or schedule it for later. The bot records, transcribes, and analyzes the meeting automatically. |
Layout Persistence
Your Dashboard layout — which widgets are visible, where they’re positioned, and how they’re sized — is saved to the server. It persists across browsers and devices.
