Recordings Tab

The Recordings tab is the default view in Meetings. It shows all your past meetings with their transcription and analysis status.
Alex’s screenshot note: Take a screenshot of the Recordings tab showing the table with several meetings. Include one with full intelligence (transcript + AI badges), one with only transcript, and one pending.

Table Columns

Status Badges

BadgeMeaning
DoneMeeting complete, recording available
RecordingBot is currently recording
PausedRecording is paused
WaitingBot is in the waiting room
KickedBot was manually removed
TranscribingTranscript is being generated

Intelligence Badges

BadgeMeaning
Transcript (blue)Full transcript is available
AI (purple)AI analysis has been completed

Searching

Use the search bar to filter recordings by:
  • Meeting title
  • Host name
  • Meeting URL

Folders

You can organize recordings into folders:
  1. Click New Folder in the header
  2. Name the folder
  3. Share or move meetings into folders
Click a folder row to filter the view to that folder’s contents. Use breadcrumbs to navigate back.

Admin Controls

Admins can toggle scope between:
  • My Meetings — Only your recordings
  • All Meetings — Everyone’s recordings
  • Unassigned — Recordings without an owner

Bulk Actions

Select multiple recordings using checkboxes, then:
  • Assign selected — Assign to a specific user
  • Delete selected — Remove selected recordings

Pagination

The table shows 20 recordings per page with navigation controls at the bottom.

Timezone

Click the timezone selector in the header to change how dates and times display. Your preference is saved in localStorage.

Stats Row

At the top of Recordings:
  • Total recorded time — Cumulative hours of recordings
  • Transcribed — Number of meetings with transcripts
  • Analyzed — Number of meetings with AI analysis
