How It Works

When a meeting is analyzed by AI, the CRM extraction tool automatically identifies:
  • Deal signals — Mentions of pricing, timelines, budget, competition
  • Contact information — New people mentioned with names and roles
  • Company references — Organizations discussed
  • Follow-up actions — CRM-relevant next steps

Viewing CRM Data from a Meeting

  1. Open a meeting detail page
  2. Click the CRM tab
  3. View extracted:
    • Deals (matched to existing or suggested new)
    • Contacts (matched or new)
    • Companies (matched or new)
    • Meeting links (relationships between this meeting and CRM entities)

Automatic vs. Manual

  • Automatic: When a meeting is analyzed, CRM signals are extracted automatically
  • Manual: You can also visit the CRM tab on any meeting to trigger or review extraction
Enable Auto-sync on analysis in Settings → Meeting Intelligence to have CRM data extracted automatically every time a meeting is analyzed.
