Creating a Deal
- Click New Deal in the CRM header
- Fill in the deal form:

| Title | Deal name (e.g., “McKesson RSV Panel Contract”) |
| Value | Dollar amount |
| Stage | Current pipeline stage |
| Expected Close | Target close date |
| Probability | Win probability (auto-set from stage) |
| Priority | High, Medium, Low |
| Deal Type | New Business, Expansion, Renewal, etc. |
| Source | How the deal originated |
| Owner | Who owns this deal |
| Notes | Free-text notes |
- Click Create
Deal Card (Kanban)
In the kanban view, each deal appears as a card showing:
- Deal title
- Value
- Expected close date
- Contact/company link
- Priority indicator
Drag cards between stage columns to update the deal stage.
Alex’s screenshot note: Take a screenshot of the Pipeline kanban view showing 2-3 deal cards in different stage columns. Show one card being dragged between columns if possible.
Deal Detail
Click any deal to open the full detail view:
- All deal fields (editable)
- Linked contact and company
- Activity timeline (notes, calls, emails, meetings)
- Related tasks
Bulk Actions (List View)
In list view, select multiple deals and:
- Bulk move — Move all selected to a new stage
- Bulk delete — Delete selected deals
Deal Types

| Expansion | Expanding an existing relationship |
