# Viewing Files

> Inline viewers for PDFs, Word docs, PowerPoint, spreadsheets, and more.

## Inline File Viewers

Click any file to view it. Ospri Brain has built-in viewers for many file types — you don't need to download or open external applications.

### PDF Viewer

Full-page PDF rendering with:

* Page navigation
* Zoom controls
* Scroll through all pages

### Word Document Viewer (DOCX)

Renders Word documents with formatting preserved:

* Headings, paragraphs, lists
* Bold, italic, underline
* Tables and images

### PowerPoint Viewer (PPTX)

Slide-by-slide presentation viewer:

* Slide thumbnails
* Full slide rendering
* Navigation between slides

### Spreadsheet Viewer (XLSX/CSV)

Table display with:

* Sheet tabs (for multi-sheet workbooks)
* Row and column display
* Basic formatting

### Rich Text Editor

For documents created within Ospri Brain:

* Full WYSIWYG editing
* Format toolbar (headings, bold, italic, lists, links)
* Auto-save

## Opening Files

There are several ways to open a file:

1. **Click** the file in the grid/list view
2. **Double-click** to open directly
3. **Right-click → Open** from the context menu

## Downloading Files

1. **Right-click → Download** from the context menu
2. Or click the download button in the file viewer

## Version History

For documents with multiple versions:

1. Open the file viewer
2. Access version history from the viewer toolbar
3. See previous versions with timestamps
4. Restore an older version if needed
