# Profile Settings

> Update your name, role, and department.

## Profile Tab

The Profile tab shows your account information:

| Field          | Description                           |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------- |
| **Full Name**  | Your display name across the platform |
| **Email**      | Your email address (managed by Clerk) |
| **Role**       | Your job title or function            |
| **Department** | Your team or department               |

Edit any field and changes are saved automatically.

## Theme

Toggle between light, dark, and system theme from:

* The **moon/sun icon** at the bottom of the sidebar
* Or the theme selector in Settings

## Timezone

Set your preferred timezone using the timezone selector in the top bar. This affects:

* Meeting time displays
* Calendar event times
* Due date formatting

Your timezone is stored locally and persists across sessions.
