# AI Meeting Analysis

> Comprehensive AI-generated meeting summaries, action items, decisions, and speaker statistics.

## Overview

After a transcript is generated, click **Analyze with AI** (or enable auto-analysis) to generate a comprehensive meeting report. The analysis appears on the **Analysis** tab of the meeting detail page.

## Meeting Detail Tabs

The meeting detail page has 8 tabs:

## Analysis Sections

### Executive Summary

A concise paragraph summarizing the meeting with:

* **Meeting type** badge (e.g., Internal Sync, Client Call, Board Meeting)
* **Sentiment** badge with color: positive (green), negative (red), mixed (orange), neutral (muted)

### Momentum Score

A 1-10 rating of meeting productivity displayed as a colored bar:

* **8-10**: Green — High productivity
* **5-7**: Amber — Moderate productivity
* **1-4**: Red — Low productivity

### Recording Player

If a recording is available:

* Embedded video or audio player
* **Download** button to save the recording file

### Key Takeaways

Ranked list of the most important points, each with an importance level:

### Key Quotes

Notable quotes from participants with:

* Speaker name (bold)
* The verbatim quote text

### Topics Discussed

Topics covered during the meeting, each with a resolution status:

| --------------- | ------ | ----------------------------------- |
| **Resolved**    | Green  | Topic was fully addressed           |
| **Unresolved**  | Red    | Topic remains open                  |
| **Deferred**    | Orange | Postponed to a future meeting       |
| **In Progress** | Blue   | Partially addressed, work continues |
| **Noted**       | Gray   | Acknowledged but no action needed   |

### Decisions Made

Explicit decisions that were reached:

* The decision itself
* **Rationale** — Why this decision was made
* **Alternatives** — Other options that were considered
* **Made by** — Who made or drove the decision

### Action Items

Tasks assigned during the meeting:

* Description
* **Assignee** — Who is responsible
* **Priority** — High, Medium, or Low
* **Due date** — If mentioned in the conversation

Click **Extract as Tasks** to create To-Dos from these items.

### Risks and Concerns

Identified risks with:

* Description
* **Severity level** — Critical, High, Medium, Low
* **Mitigation strategy** — Suggested approach to address the risk

### Open Questions

Questions raised but not fully answered:

* The question text
* **Raised by** — Who asked it
* **Assigned to** — Who should follow up (if discussed)

### Next Steps

Follow-up items with:

* Description
* **Owner** — Who is responsible
* **Timeframe** — When it should be done

### Speaker Statistics

For each participant:

| Metric               | Description                                      |

| **Talk time %**      | Percentage of meeting spoken by this person      |
| **Word count**       | Total words spoken                               |
| **Key themes**       | Topics they primarily discussed                  |
| **Engagement level** | Driving, Contributing, Questioning, Facilitating |

Engagement levels are color-coded: Driving (violet), Contributing (blue), Questioning (orange), Facilitating (green).

## Chat Tab

The meeting Chat tab opens an AI conversation with full meeting context:

* Ask questions about what was discussed
* Request clarification on decisions
* Generate follow-up emails
* Create additional action items
* Compare with other meetings

If no transcript exists yet, you see: "Transcribe this meeting first to enable the AI chat."

## To-Dos Tab

### Extracting Tasks

Click **Extract as Tasks** to automatically:

1. Create a **parent to-do** with the meeting title
2. Create **child to-dos** for each action item
3. Set assignees based on the transcript analysis
4. Set priorities from the AI analysis

After extraction, the button changes to **View Tasks** or **Re-extract**.

### Synced Todo Items

Each extracted task shows:

* Status toggle: Open / In Progress / Done
* Priority badge: High / Medium / Low
* Assignee name
* Due date
* Edit and Delete buttons

## Agenda Tab

### Pre-Meeting Agenda

If an agenda is attached, it displays with:

* Structured items list
* **Structure agenda** button — AI formats a raw agenda into structured items
* **Analyze coverage** button — AI checks which agenda items were covered in the meeting

### Agenda Reminders

Toggle **Pre-meeting reminder** to receive a notification before the meeting starts with the agenda items.

## Emails Tab

Auto-generate meeting communications:

### Owner Summary

A summary email for the meeting owner with key outcomes and action items.

### Guest Follow-up

A follow-up email for external attendees with configurable:

* **Tone** — Formal, casual, friendly
* **Sections** — Which analysis sections to include
* **Recipients** — Who to send to

Both emails can be generated, previewed, edited, and sent directly from the page.

## CRM Tab

View and manage CRM data extracted from the meeting:

| **Deals**         | Matched or suggested deals from the conversation    |
| **Contacts**      | People mentioned with names and roles               |
| **Companies**     | Organizations discussed                             |
| **Meeting Links** | Relationships between this meeting and CRM entities |

Each item can be linked to an existing CRM record or used to create a new one.

## Metadata Strip

Below the title, a metadata strip shows at a glance:

* **Date** — When the meeting occurred
* **Duration** — Meeting length
* **Host** — Who hosted the meeting
* **Platform** — Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.
* **Transcribed** badge — If transcript is available
* **Analyzed** badge — If AI analysis is complete
* **Analyzing** badge — If analysis is currently running
* **Momentum score** — X/10 with color indicator
