# Widgets

> Detailed guide to each Dashboard widget and what information it displays.

## This Week (Meeting Stats)

Displays a quick snapshot of your meeting activity over the last 7 days:

* **Meetings** — Total number of meetings recorded
* **Minutes** — Total minutes of recorded time
* **Transcribed** — Number of meetings with completed transcripts
* **Analyzed** — Number of meetings with AI analysis complete

Each metric is displayed with an icon and count in a horizontal row.

## Upcoming Meetings

Shows your next 6 calendar events:

* **Date block** — Day of week, date, and month
* **Title** — Meeting name
* **Time** — Start time in your timezone
* **Badges** — "LIVE" (currently in progress) or "Soon" (starting within 15 minutes)
* **Bot indicator** — Shows if an Ospri bot is scheduled for this meeting

Click **View all →** to go to the Meetings page.

## To-Dos

Displays up to 8 of your active (non-completed) tasks:

* **Priority dot** — Color-coded: red (high), yellow (medium), blue (low)
* **Title** — Task name
* **Due date** — If set
* **Click to cycle status** — Clicking the status area cycles through: Open → In Progress → Done

Click **View all →** to go to the To-Dos page.

## Recent Recordings

Shows your 6 most recent meeting recordings:

* **Title** — Meeting name
* **Date** — When the meeting occurred
* **Duration** — Length of the recording
* **Platform** — Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.
* **Transcript indicator** — Shows if transcript is available
* **AI indicator** — Shows if AI analysis is complete

Click any recording to open the meeting detail page. Click **View all →** to go to Meetings.

## Active Deals

Displays up to 6 open (non-closed) CRM deals:

* **Stage color** — Color bar matching the deal's pipeline stage
* **Title** — Deal name
* **Value** — Deal value in dollars

Click any deal to open it in the CRM. Click **View all →** to go to CRM.

## Vault Activity

Shows the 6 most recently updated vault assets:

* **Name** — File or folder name
* **Date** — Last modified date
* **Size** — File size

Click any asset to view it. Click **View all →** to go to the Vault.
