# Dashboard Overview

> Your customizable home screen with widgets for meetings, tasks, deals, and more.

## What is the Dashboard?

The Dashboard is your personalized home screen in Ospri Brain. It displays a grid of widgets that give you a quick overview of your upcoming meetings, to-dos, recent recordings, active deals, vault activity, and key stats — all in one place.

The Dashboard greets you with a time-appropriate message and lets you customize which widgets appear and how they're arranged.

## Available Widgets

| Widget                | What It Shows                                                                                         |

| **This Week**         | Meeting count, total minutes, transcribed, and analyzed from the last 7 days                          |
| **Upcoming Meetings** | Your next 6 calendar events with live/soon badges and bot status                                      |
| **To-Dos**            | Up to 8 of your active tasks with priority indicators and due dates                                   |
| **Recent Recordings** | Your 6 most recent meeting recordings with transcript/AI status                                       |
| **Active Deals**      | Up to 6 open CRM deals with stage, title, and value                                                   |
| **Quick Links**       | 8-button grid for fast navigation to Brain, Meetings, CRM, Vault, Todos, Assay, ClaimIQ, and Settings |
| **Vault Activity**    | 6 most recently updated vault assets with name, date, and size                                        |

## Time-Based Greetings

The Dashboard greets you differently based on the time of day:

| Time       | Greeting       | Subtitle Example                             |
| ---------- | -------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| 5am – 12pm | Good morning   | "Fresh start. What's the priority today?"    |
| 12pm – 5pm | Good afternoon | "Afternoon momentum. Keep the energy going." |
| 5pm – 9pm  | Good evening   | "Wrapping up the day. Any loose ends?"       |
| 9pm – 5am  | Good night     | "Late night hustle. Don't forget to rest."   |

## Quick Meeting Actions

The Dashboard header includes two meeting buttons for quick access:

| Button                | Description                                                                                                                                                                                                  |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Record In-Person**  | Open the in-person recording page to capture a face-to-face meeting using your device's microphone. The audio is transcribed with speaker diarization — you label speakers afterward, then AI analysis runs. |
| **Invite to Meeting** | Paste any Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet link and send a recording bot instantly or schedule it for later. The bot records, transcribes, and analyzes the meeting automatically.                                |

## Layout Persistence

Your Dashboard layout — which widgets are visible, where they're positioned, and how they're sized — is saved to the server. It persists across browsers and devices.
