# Assay Catalog

> Browse and search your diagnostic assay panel catalog.

## Overview

The Assay Catalog is a searchable database of your diagnostic panels, targets, and assay configurations.

## Browsing the Catalog

Navigate to **Assay** in the sidebar, then the **Catalog** tab.

The catalog displays panels with:

* Panel name
* Targets included
* Methodology
* Platform compatibility
* Status (active, development, archived)

## Searching

Search panels by:

* Panel name
* Target organism
* Gene target
* Methodology

## Panel Details

Click any panel to view:

* Full target list with organisms and genes
* Primer/probe sequences (if available)
* Platform compatibility
* Validation status
* Related documents in the Vault

## Catalog Configurator

Navigate to the **Configurator** for an interactive target-level view:

* Browse targets by organism
* See status: Off-the-shelf, Partial match, Custom required
* Build custom panel configurations

## AI Matching

The catalog supports AI-powered matching:

* Upload a request (text or image)
* AI matches against available panels
* Returns ranked matches with compatibility scores
